Cambridge Make & Mingle (with Optional Spice Blending Activity)

Join the Harvard Griffin GSAS Office of Culture, Community, and Engagement for Make & Mingle! Enjoy sweet treats, warm beverages, and good company at a gathering designed for relaxation, creativity, and connection. 

This Make & Mingle will have a self-guided crafting and socializing option AND a Spice blending lesson with local business Curio Spice Co.

Fireside Room: Take a break from class, lab, and studies to hang out with fellow graduate students while enjoying cider donuts, apples, and apple cider. Self-guided, relaxed crafting activities will be available, no experience necessary. This is a great chance to unwind and try something new alongside fellow grad students in a low-key, supportive environment.

Common Room: From 4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m., we will be hosting Curio Spice for their Spice School: Blending Bar! In this densely packed 75 minute workshop, a Curio instructor will guide you through a flavor journey, as well as show you how to create your own expressive and personal spice mix. Each guest will explore hands-on blending at Curio's Spice Bar. Spiced popcorn and a spiced non-alcoholic beverage will be provided by Curio during the lesson.

Please note that the spice blending activity has a limit of 25 students. Be sure to RSVP to the Blending activity if you would like to participate in that (you are free to attend the event from 4-4:30 in the Fireside room before class). 

Whether you’re looking to socialize, craft, learn, or just grab a snack, all are welcome. No need to stay the whole time for snacks or the self-guided activity; drop in whenever you can.
